Our summer camp is always a BIG hit, & provides a summer's worth of fun-filled, age-appropriate activities for kids 3 - 12 years old.
Each week has a dedicated theme complete with arts & crafts, bounce houses, water days, field trips, special shows, games, &, of course, lots of gymnastics!

** NOTE: If your child is attending before-care or staying for aftercare, please pack extra snacks. Empire will distribute snacks for beforecare and aftercare if a child does not have a snack. However, you will be charged $1.50 for each snack provided

Every year, our summer camp attendance grows, but the size & space of our facility stay the same! Unfortunately, this means we have limited spots available each week and cannot accommodate every camp registration request
As such, if you sign your child up for camp, we expect them to attend!
There is a $10.00 per DAY per CHILD NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit due upon APPROVED enrollment, so please double-check your dates before requesting registration!
All deposits paid once enrollment requests are approved go towards the total camp tuition; deposits are NOT an additional charge
The deposit is to help ensure you sign up for days/weeks you KNOW work for your family & you aren’t unnecessarily taking up a spot that another camper would gladly want
Camper registration fees & the remaining balance for camp tuition are charged the Friday BEFORE registered attendance & occur on a WEEK-TO-WEEK basis
ALL before and aftercare attendance is on a drop-in basis. Advanced sign-up is available but not mandatory. ALL before and aftercare fees are charged at the END of the week to ensure families are only charged for actual services used
Sales tax to be applied when tuition and applicable camp fees are processed

Each Friday before your child's registered camp week, families will receive a "Welcome" email that details the itinerary for the upcoming week! This email will review:
More importantly, this email will include the following mandatory documents:
We must receive Camper Registration forms as soon as possible, as this informs us of essential allergies, medical information, and authorized pick-up persons
** You only need to submit a registration form ONCE for your camper, even if they are attending more than one week!

**NOTE: If a specific week is not available for enrollment requests through the portal, the week is already full. Please email the office to request that your child be added to the waitlist for that week! We will email families if (and, hopefully, when) we can accept additional campers for a waitlisted week

The gym is closed, and there are NO classes from
Monday, December 22nd through Saturday, January 3rd
There are NO make-ups for the holiday closure. The gym reopens, and classes resume on Monday, January 5th
