Seasonal Camps

We're proud to offer full- and half-day camps during the summer & winter seasons!


Our summer camp is always a BIG hit, & provides a summer's worth of fun-filled, age-appropriate activities for kids 3 - 12 years old.


Each week has a dedicated theme complete with arts & crafts, bounce houses, water days, field trips, special shows, games, &, of course, lots of gymnastics!

** NOTE: Please do NOT pack any food that contains nut products, as we have many campers with food allergies!


** NOTE: If your child is attending before-care or staying for aftercare, please pack extra snacks. Empire will distribute snacks for beforecare and aftercare if a child does not have a snack. However, you will be charged $1.50 for each snack provided

Every year, our summer camp attendance grows, but the size & space of our facility stay the same! Unfortunately, this means we have limited spots available each week and cannot accommodate every camp registration request


As such, if you sign your child up for camp, we expect them to attend! 


There is a $10.00 per DAY per CHILD NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit due upon APPROVED enrollment, so please double-check your dates before requesting registration!


All deposits paid once enrollment requests are approved go towards the total camp tuition; deposits are NOT an additional charge


The deposit is to help ensure you sign up for days/weeks you KNOW work for your family & you aren’t unnecessarily taking up a spot that another camper would gladly want

Camper registration fees & the remaining balance for camp tuition are charged the Friday BEFORE registered attendance & occur on a WEEK-TO-WEEK basis


ALL before and aftercare attendance is on a drop-in basis. Advanced sign-up is available but not mandatory. ALL before and aftercare fees are charged at the END of the week to ensure families are only charged for actual services used


Sales tax to be applied when tuition and applicable camp fees are processed


(Please Note: We can NOT accept checks for payment for camps. Please have an active credit card on file for all camp tuition. If you wish to pay in cash, you must communicate your preferred payment method with the office in advance of attendance)

What Campers Must Bring & Camper Attire

Full Week Camp Enrollments:


  • If a parent cancels the Monday morning of the week of camp – 100% credit of tuition minus the initial deposit
  • If a parent cancels the Tuesday morning of the week of camp – 50% credit of tuition minus the initial deposit
  • If a parent cancels the Wednesday morning of the week of camp – 25% credit of tuition minus the initial deposit
  • If a parent cancels the Thursday or Friday morning of the week of camp – 0% of tuition will be credited


Single & Half Day Camp Enrollments:


  • If a parent has paid for a single full day of camp but picks up early – 0% of tuition will be credited
  • If a child completes a single full day but decides not to return for the next registered day of camp – 100% of tuition will be credited (minus the initial deposit) for the canceled camp day, BUT only if the gym is notified 24 hours in advance


** NOTE: If a child is sent home early or kicked out of camp entirely for disciplinary reasons, NO money will be credited or refunded.

Each Friday before your child's registered camp week, families will receive a "Welcome" email that details the itinerary for the upcoming week! This email will review:


  • Upcoming week's theme
  • Special themed activities & related considerations
  • Important camp policies


More importantly, this email will include the following mandatory documents:


  • Camper Registration Google Form
  • Participation Agreement & Waiver Google Form
  • 2026 Summer Camp Handbook
  • Carpool Diagram


We must receive Camper Registration forms as soon as possible, as this informs us of essential allergies, medical information, and authorized pick-up persons


** You only need to submit a registration form ONCE for your camper, even if they are attending more than one week!

The gym is closed, and there are NO classes from 


Monday, December 22nd through Saturday, January 3rd


There are NO make-ups for the holiday closure. The gym reopens, and classes resume on Monday, January 5th


We wish all our families a safe and happy holiday season, and we'll see everyone in the new year!

It May be cold but its not too soon to think about summer... summer camp registration opens January 4th!
