Adult Gymnastics Classes
Program Overview
Whether you have always wanted to try gymnastics, seek something new, or get back into the sport you loved, we offer adult gymnastics classes to satisfy the child in all of us!
Adult classes are designed for anyone interested in improving their fitness levels in a fun & different way. Increase strength & flexibility through basic gymnastics movements focusing on learning (or re-learning) beginner through advanced tumbling skills.
Program Details
Ages: 16 & up
Class Duration: 60 minutes (Tumbling) / 90 minutes (Open Gym)
Student-to-Teacher Ratio: N/A
Drop-In Rate: $22/class

There are no classes for this week and no make-up classes.
