Boys' & Girls' Competitive Teams

We are proud to offer competitive gymnastics programs for both boys & girls, with several options depending on your athlete's current age, level, & goals!

Team participation requires a higher level of commitment & dedication than our developmental program. 

Pre-Team

We have both boys' & girls' pre-team groups, which follow our team track & are designed to grow our competitive teams. The main goal of pre-team is to help young athletes develop the necessary strength, skills, & confidence needed for competition by building on their gymnastics foundations & emphasizing body awareness, form, technique, strength, & flexibility.

Competitive Boys

Our boys' team competes levels 3 - 10 under USA Gymnastics (USAG)

Competitive Girls

We currently offer two different competitive girls' teams, both of which compete under the National Gymnastics Association (NGA). Our Junior Olympic (JO) team competes levels 1 - 10 while our XCEL team competes levels Silver - Diamond.
