Birthday Parties: Frequently Asked Questions

Our birthday parties are hosted for children between 3 and 12 years old.

Yes, there is a $100.00 deposit due upon booking.

No. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE because we only host ONE birthday party at a time and do not permit any other members or coaches to use the gym during your party. Plus, once you book your party, we turn all other inquiries away so you can use our facility exclusively

Our standard party package (at the base rate of $400) includes 15 guests, which does NOT include the birthday child themself! Each additional guest is $10.

Of course! We ask that all participants in the gym be at least 3 years old. If any guests are under the age of 3, they must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes. Every guest participating in the gymnastics activities on the gym floor MUST sign a Birthday Party Waiver Form, regardless of age! (That means adults, too!)

Upon booking, we will email you the required Birthday Party Waiver Form. You can then print out or email the forms to your guests to fill out and sign. 

Please either collect all guests' waiver forms in advance to hand into the office the day of the party OR advise parents to bring the signed waiver forms with them. 

We'll also have extra waiver forms available in the office on the day of the party for anyone who forgets or any additional guest participating in the gymnastics fun! 

You can arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled party time. Please do NOT arrive earlier as there could be a party before yours still finishing up, and we don't want to ever rush anyone out the door. Plus, our staff needs adequate time to prepare for your arrival between parties!

We do encourage parents to stay and enjoy watching the festivities! However, it is not required for parents to stay for the duration of the party UNLESS they have a child under the age of 3 years OR their child is not yet potty-trained. 

Not a problem! 

While we ask for a final headcount the week of the party to ensure we have the appropriate staff available, we'll take a definitive headcount the day of the party. We'll have extra Birthday Party Waiver Forms available to sign at the office, and the fees for any additional participating guests will be added to the remaining balance to be charged at the end of the party.

Gratuity is NOT included in the base price, and we highly encourage our families to tip the coaches who work for their party! A lot of planning and work goes into making birthday parties a one-of-a-kind celebration to remember, so please let your coaches know how much you appreciate them!

We understand things arise, and sometimes circumstances are out of our control. If a situation arises and the day/time you booked your party no longer works for you, please let us know ASAP, and we'll do our best to accommodate moving your party to another available day/time. 

Please note that your initial deposit is non-refundable AND non-transferable. If your party must be rescheduled, you must pay a new $100 deposit to reserve the slot.
